Already mentioned that NVIDIA will have problems as the driver support is experimental. The problem could be from your EFI/hardware itself.

Attach the EFI to check!

I already did the patch for the video card. But anyway, if I leave the PC idle for even 10 minutes, it freezes and I have to forcefully restart it. Lately, the problem has become more repetitive. It freezes 6/7 times a day

The problem might be coming from somewhere else. It could be the EFI or the hardware itself. Attach your EFI to check!

The EFI looks fine. Ensure the disk is healthy. Run First Aid and then check. Also, check your Motherboard/PSU/CPU on some other OS. If it freezes, one of the hardware could be causing the issue.

I have windows installed on a second ssd and I have no problems and I also use photoshop on Windows. Instead on sequoia every now and then I have lags, slowdowns and these continuous freezes

Then its due to the NVIDIA experimental drivers which was mentioned numerous times. Try to upgrade to AMD GPU or you can use IGPU instead.

at the moment i can't switch to amd and i can't use the igpu otherwise photoshop doesn't work. i'll wait
