Without the Graphics acceleration, the whole system is so slow, with random freezes and artifacts. The performance is nearly similar to Virtual Box and VMware.
yes, I was going by the image posted above in regards to the lack of translucent in the dock

Before proceeding, make a backup of your configuration and transfer it to any USB Flash Drive. Remove the OC Configuration from your ESP and then proceed with the Clover installation. Note that you don't need to configure the config.plist to extract the ACPI Tables.

Patching the DSDT and SSDTs first. Just skip the Layout ID patch for now.
HI,
I followed the guide https://elitemacx86.com/threads/how-to-patch-laptop-dsdt-and-ssdts.178/

disassembled the aml files using AISL using the code
/Users/yourusername/Desktop/origin/iasl -da -dl -fe refs.txt DSDT.aml SSDT*.aml

When i opened the DSDT.dsl file using the MaciASL , it shows no errors. But many warnings. as attached screenshot. I felt like, there's some problems with the disassembled DSDT.dsl .
Can you please check and the DSDT is correct?
Which specific patches should i patch for my Dell ivybridge laptop?

And also, 32 syntax errors on the file "SSDT-1-CRV ORB.dsl",
many warnings on the files "SSDT-2-CRV ORB.dsl" , "SSDT-3-CRV ORB.dsl".

Please advise.

As mentioned in the guide, Warnings can be ignored. Errors are what need to be taken care of.

It's already mentioned in the guide.

Probably, you did not read the guide carefully. Applying Remove _PSS placeholders patch should fix it.

As stated, Warnings can be ignored.

That's a common list. You need to read the Description for the patches and then apply the suitable ones.

After the compiling of DSDT and SSDT , i have to add them in the OC/ACPI and make entry in the config.plist . Is that right?

What about the already added ACPI SSDT's ,such as SSDT-EC, SSDT-PM,SSDT-PLNF.aml ? Should i disable them or Use them with the compiled DSDT & SSDT?

Yes, fter compiling, you need to save it as AML.

Those are addons SSDTs and must load after your OEM DSDT and SSDTs.

After the DSDT & SSDT Patching , my audio is working perfectly.( But microphone is not working internal & earphone's )
Also, Display brightness adjustment is stopped working ( before the patching, its working ).

DSDT Patches i applied-
1. Rename GFX0 to IGPU
2.HPET Fix
3.SMBUS Fix
4.IRQ Fix
5. RTC Fix
6. OS Check Fix
7. Fix Mutex with non-zero SyncLevel
8. Fix _WAK Arg0 v2
9. 7-series/8-series USB
10. USB _PRW 0x6D (instant wake)

SSDT Patches , except the "Rename B0D3 to HDAU" i applied other 3 , whereever it's available to apply.

DSDT & SSDT patching ACPI order is as per the screenshot attached.
Attached the DSDT & SSDT Patched EFI folder for your reference. Please check and advise.

Try the Layout ID I recommended.

Probably, the PNLF has still GFX0. Just open the SSDT-PNLF using MaciASL and change GFX0 to IGPU and the brightness should be working after an NVRAM reset.
6. OS Check Fix
Which Windows version you applied?
