File system check exit code is 8

That's weird. Can you explain the scenario how and when does it crashes? Is it random or during any specific workload? Attach the logs from /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. You can zip the last directory and upload.
That is very complicated to explain a specific scenario. I"'m mainly using MaxMSP/Jitter softwxare that makes an intensive use of openGL. But it can also happened while websurfing with firefox... Or if I let the computer on for a few hours without uing it. Whan I come back it is frozen...

Seems like hardware issue. Here's what you should do:

Prepare memtest USB stick and run memtest. Check if there are any memory errors.
Check SSD health and ensure TRIM is working properly in macOS.
Backup your current drive and perform a clean install of macOS.
Install your apps again and then monitor it for a few days.
If it still crashes, your CPU is deteriorated and you'll have to go with RMA.

Ok, I'll do that in the next days, it t akes some time...

What does RMA mean ?

What does RMA mean ?
Basically, returning a problematic/defective part back to the manufacturer, indicating an issue with the hardware and claiming a warranty.

The weird thing is that I don't have any crashes when running Windows or Kubuntu on this gear (booting on those OS from bios, not from OC). I hope it is "only" a corrupted install.

When I'll reinstall it, I can use this current EFI partition for my install USB stick ?

Could be possible. Do note that different OS use different set of instructions, including the apps and it also differs from CPU-CPU as well.

Yes, of course.

memtest86 passed with no errors. Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (windiwos of course) ran 4 hours with no errors too. The HW seems OK.

I hope a clean install will solve the issue.

Let's see. But had several cases where the CPU was problematic on Mac and Linux. Google "Intel CPU deterioration" and you should get to know the issue.

I see... Quite serious. I've just seen there is a brand new BIOS for my MB. As, if I understood well the issue could be due to voltage incompatibility for my i913900k, could installing the latest BIOS be a good thing to do ?

And maybe trying a new SBIOS like macPro7,1 ?

I've read a few threads on the subject. Usually the problematic CPUs have issues while doing stress tests on windows which is not my case. All stress test passed. Could it be a VT-D issue ? I don't use VM nor thinderbolt
