Backup and you can roll back using Time Machine. Else, you'll have to perform a clean install.

I did a clean install. Never kept it on sequoia long enough to notice how taxing it is on it, don't think this little system has enough handle it. I'll play with it and see if i can pep it up a bit if not I'm going to try sonoma

Depends on what workflow you have. That factor changes the game.

Several things are not up to the mark:

Patched DSDT+SSDT is being injected but OEM table is not being dropped.
Remove VoodooHDA and inject AppleALC instead.
You shouldn't be requiring AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext
Why VT-d is being disabled. You should enable that.
When ports are mapped, why are you still using XhciPortLimit?
You're injecting layout ID via Device Properties and also via bootargs. Use the former one.
The Audio device should be compatible and you shouldn't need to add a compatible ID so remove that.

Also prob older too, my first PC used a cassette player for a hard drive, to get online I had dial-up the one where you called the (usually long distance) number and put the handset on a cradle, programs were on punch cards. I'm trying to learn it. Please be patent.

Alright, alright. Nothing to worry here. Just outlined what was found at first glance

So, every computer you see works on ACPI. To patch certain devices (either for required functioning or just a cosmetic purpose), you can either patch the OEM DSDT and SSDT or you can just use add-on SSDT. When you patch the OEM DSDT and SSDT tables, you must drop the original OEM or it will either conflict or despite patching, those will not be loaded. It should be noted that OSes do find and load these tables automatically. So, adding them to the list won't help. If manually patched, then OEM must be dropped so that patched tableset can be loaded.
