File system check exit code is 8

The IOReg is corrupt. The EFI still has mistake. You were supposed to disable "DisableIoMapper" and "DisableIoMapperMapping" quirks. Once you apply the changes, attach the new EFI+IOReg+MaciASL Tableset

Just to make it clear, you need to uncheck both DisableIoMapper and DisableIoMapperMapping
Yes, one the file I sent you just before, it is unchecked. Could the network adapter be a culprit ? I've been running some software (in auto mode, I wasn't there) for 4 hours and the computer didn't freeze) ?

Could be possible. Just checked the EFI and it seems fine. The DMAR table also does not need patching. During this 4hrs, was the system's ethernet not connected?

Not it wasn't and the wifi wasn't neither. Then I activated the wifi, I use heliport, and it froze... :(

Seems like something related to networking. Attach Hackintool>PCIe

Here it is
The Ethernet is I226-V and the WiFi is BCM94360. What macOS version are you using and are you also using root patch for the WiFi? If yes, that's the problem. To overcome, you'll have to add AppleIGC. Add and then report how it goes.

I'm on Sequoia 15.7.1 (24G231)

I have the itlwm.kext loaded. Should I remove it and add the AppleIGC ?.
