Can you explain the scenario? Like what do you exactly do when it freezes?

How long the system is freezing?
What's the PSU model?
What's the GPU model and vendor?

Difficult to say. I usualy work on MaxMsp software, OpenGL intensive software. But it can also happen when using Firefox browsing the web. It always happen after a while, a few hours.

First I thought it was an USB issue. Today it happend when my daily CarbonCopy started. But after reboot, CC works fine.

Do you have all infos on this screen capture ?

Attach a copy of IOReg to check. The SSD you choose is poor.

I don't know if it is normal or relevant, buit I noticed than if I want to eject a volume, could be a storage or a dmg install file, it trakes a few seconds on this hackintosh while it is instant on my MbPro (real mac).

WD Black. SN850X should be nice.

IOReg seems good. Provide a copy of ACPI tableset using MaciASL>File>Export Tableset.

Comes down to USB Port mapping.

Do you think it could be a valid cause for the random freeze ? What method do you recommand ?
Could be possible. Looks fine from the ACPI side. Can you attach the EFI to check if its all good there?
