I cleaned up the config.plist.

Did not make any difference.

Dortania guide says Whatevergreen kext is required. but if i add it , i get black screen. I removed whatevergreen kext and its all normal again.

I m guessing its a issue with the Topaz app.

Anyway to limit the GPU Usage? Not cpu usage. I tried limiting CPU usage using app police. But that only allows to limit CPU. Limiting CPU usage also did not make any difference.

I need to somehow limit GPU Usage and see if that makes any difference.

I got the latest build of the topaz and i could not run it on my AMD hackintosh.It was crashing.

More digging and found out i needed amdfriend. Ran amdfriend on topaz app and patched it and then the app started working.

In the latest build , the topaz app works perfectly in GPU and CPU mode. No lag or stuttering.

I was using an older build of topaz , because of certain features.

so the issue is with the older build of the app. Its buggy.

This issue can be closed.
