Gigabyte Z590 Vision D - i9 11900K - Asus Radeon RX 6600 XT with EFI

Hi. I need some guru help.
I am planning to upgrade my video card. The price for 6900xt is the same as 7900xt.
So, I think. Can I use two video cards in my setup? One for Windows purposes (RX7900XT) and the other for macOS? I am thinking about Asus RX550 4Gb for macOS.

Here are my slots:
  1. 1 złącze PCI Express x16, x16 (PCIEX16)
  2. 1 złącze PCI Express x16, x8 (PCIEX8)
    * The PCIEX8 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16 slot. When the PCIEX8 slot is populated, the PCIEX16 slot operates at up to x8 mode.
(The PCIEX16 and PCIEX8 slots conform to PCI Express 4.0 standard.)*
    * Supported by 11th Generation processors only.
  3. 1 złącze PCI Express x16, x4 (PCIEX4)
    * The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with the M2P_SB connector. The PCIEX4 slot operates at up to x2 mode when a PCIe SSD is installed in the M2P_SB connector.
  4. 1 x PCI Express x1 slot
(The PCIEX4 and PCI Express x1 slots conform to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
BTW - I am using 3 NVMe SSD. One PCIx4 and two PCIx3.
Can I use RX550 in Slot #4?

You'll have to check the datasheet to ensure there is no limitations for having several PCIe/NVMe/SATA Devices.

For now, all disks are active.
I am afraid that the main GPU performance will be worst with second "mac card".

Looks good. Check for the PCIe Bandwidth and limitations. Also, see M2P_SB limitations. See the Note 2.

As long as you have installed the GPU in correct slot, there should be no issues upon having a perfect configured EFI.
