How to Activate Thunderbolt Bus on Alpine Ridge without Flashing Custom Firmware

I can report success on my Lenovo Yoga 720 15-iKB Intel JH6540 Alpine Ridge 4C using edited SSDT-TbtOnPCH from here

IOREG and SSDT Attached.

Thunderbolt bus loads:
- Without TB Device at boot
- After one cold boot
- After two or more restarts from Apple Menu
- After sleep/wake cycle
- After hot plug.

Tested Working:
- Brydge/Henge Stone Pro TB3 Dock
- DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0 Adapter
- Thunderbolt passthrough port
- TB3 Dock Audio
- Thunderbolt Ethernet between two macs
- Target Disk between two macs
- Clamshell mode

Issues:
- Requires two or more restarts or a cold boot to activate Thunderbolt bus.
- Requires display cable to be reinserted or one sleep/wake to turn on display connected to TB3 Dock when Thunderbolt Bus is loaded.

Update:
- Ensure to turn on Display before waking system up to avoid display not loading.
- No need to have bus activated, thunderbolt works acceptably without it. Just ensure all peripherals are plugged in at boot time.

For Titan Ridge, flashing Custom Firmware is required. However, if you do not have any specific Bus usage, you can have the HotPlug without the Bus.
