Thanks for the detailed guideline! I have my built-in TB4 on Gigabyte Z690 Aero D worked. And hotplug works fine as well. However, thunderbolt networking seems to fail anyway. Is flashing custom firmware required to enable this function? I've not seen any cases that got thunderbolt networking to work without flashing firmware. Thank you!
Hi, I have the same Z690 Aero D as yours.

Which SSDT did you download from hackindrom website?

I tried several but without success.

Hi! Love you for guide. I have same MSi Z590i Unify, also i9-10900K.

I want to know: we must map USB behind TB4 controller? Add into USB 15 limit number? Or map USB of TB4 ports is not needed?

Did you use the HotPlug SSDT?

I believe everything is here in the EFI but just confused why hot swap wont work I have to restart the computer for the external thunderbolt drive to mount again.

I did this for my BIOS I am also on the latest for my motherboard but I cannot get hot swap enabled for some reason. Also I tried to use a elgato thunderbolt 3 dock and everything but the thunderbolt port mounts. I hope there is a possible solution to this problem or maybe using a different card for thunderbolt?
