Guide me please throught installing macos Bigsur on Lenovo z51-70

Hello, I am new here and I am not sure if I am posting in the right category.

I want to install macOS BigSur as the main OS on my laptop z51-70
Specs:
CPU: i7-5500U
GPU: AMD R9 M375
SSD: BX500
RAM: 16GB

Can anyone guide me on how to start, please?

Fix your profile first. You cannot have Clover in UEFI, Legacy, and OpenCore. It doesn't makes sense at all.

I fixed my profile, the reason I added clover and open core is that I don't know the advantages of both of them so I don't know which one to set and the option is mandatory.
