Here are the following issues.

- ResetLogoStatus is still not removed.
- npci=0x2000 is not enabled.

Also, try with TB SSDT disabled.
Do I have to completely remove ResetLogoStatus or just disable, because when I disabled that it won't even boot?

Yes, disable it in ACPI section.

I've disabled ResetLogoStatus and added NPCI option to boot args and on 11.4 it gives same result and 11.2.3 stops booting and crashes on loading screen after loading WhateverGreen. Disabling TB SSDT doesn't do everything.

What's the OC version?

Reset your BIOS and setup it again.
Did it. Nothing changed. I've also noticed that kernel panics are repeating with codes like: "Window server error", "AppleXHCI Power" etc.

Create the configuration from scratch. Make sure to use SSDTs from OC package.

Ok. So I was tweaking with my OC config and updated my BIOS to newer 3406 version and now I'm getting a totally new KP without any kext dependency. Here is my current OC folder and KP report.
