Why you have enabled ProtectMemoryRegions and FixupAppleEfiImages? Shouldn't be required for your hardware.
You should consider removing the empty Device path in Device Properties.
If your BIOS has 4G Decoding options, remove npci flag.

Regarding the error, add AWAC or RTC and then check.
