Yeah, correct. I didn't pay attention. Move the kexts from 10.14 to Others folder. Delete the rest. From the drivers directory, delete BIOS folder. Attach a screenshot for the TB setting in BIOS. Also, change the config.plist from the above link.

The config.plist linked by you is the basic one? I compared it with mine and is very closer. You also said to change the SMBIOS to iMacPro1,1. Can I ask why? And this is the pic with my thunderbolt settings.

Thanks

Yes.

Yeah, correct.

Yes, it's better with TB.

Looks good.

Thanks for the reply. Tomorrow I'll replace my SSD with NVMe M.2 and I'm thinking to reinstall the O.S.
Anyway, I'm still getting `I2cWR Device Error` in the UEFI logo screen. Any solution for this? What could be the cause? Thanks.

NVMe is great.

This is a normal issue and has no affect. The error is due to the Hotplug drivers.

Hello I can not for the life of me get this to work I will try to include everything

Thunderbolt: Intel (im not sure if this helps but the windows driver update shows (ThunderboltFWLdr_W8164_w1064_A04)
Mac Version: 10.15.2

So my problem was originally that I could not open the SSDT-Z390-TB3HP.aml so I convirted it to a .dsl so I could open it
( iasl -da -dl )
I changed the path like it said to RP17
When I tired to compile the .dsl back to a .aml I got another error

I am stumped. for reference my thunderbolt 3 works but it is not hot pluggable

Any suggestions would help

For basic compiling, you need two things only. iasl in your Usr/bin and MaciASL in Applications folder.
No need for disassembly. Just open the .aml file directly with MaciASL.

No IOReg attached. No kextcache output attached.

The drivers are missing from your Clover folder. Moreover, it's not as per the installation guide.

Thank you so much for the hel-
Okay ill try again

It is saying that the IOReg file is too large to upload (6.9 MB) it's against the rules to add an external link so ill just add a screenshot
Also, I can not open the SSDT-Z390-TB3HP.aml file unless I convert it to a .dsl ( I'm not sure why)

I think my issue is with the SSDT-Z390-TB3HP.aml

Would you be willing to change it for me because I am unable to do so ?

My Clover folder should be correct now
