I have. But got lost after the instructions in config.plist

At which step are you stuck? You should create a dedicated thread to tackle all of the issues you have. This thread is specifically about NVIDIA WebDrivers.

I didnt get this part. Where to place the EFI folder.I placed it in the same parition as the apple recovery boot folder and i tried to boot that USB> But its not even opening the open core boot screen.

To install the OpenCore, copy the EFI to the ESP. That's it.

Without a Bootloader, the system cannot find a Bootable USB, therefore, it cannot boot.
