As per the instructions, the Clover folder is only required. Still a mess.

Here is a link to my new EFI folder after following that guide. I have made some changes to try and get the Intel graphics working. However, I still have the problem where I am unable to boot into the installer as my USB gets stuck on End Randomseed.

You must use the forum to upload the files. No external link is allowed.
Clover is old. Update Clover.
Again, you used the wrong config.plist file. Your profile indicates, you're having i5-8265U CPU which has Intel UHD 620 Graphics. So you must use config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist
Again, there are duplicate drivers. When using AptioMemoryFix64, OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi must NOT be used. Either you skipped the guide or still did NOT followed it correctly.
No IOReg and Kextcache output attached.

Fix the listed issues and reply with new set of files.
