Help me with EFI to install Ventura 13 in HP 15-ay012dx - Core i5 6200U / 2.3 GHz, Graphics Intel HD Graphics 520

I want to install macOS Ventura in a HP Notebook 15-ay012dx - Core i5 6200U / 2.3 GHz, Intel HD Graphics 520 if possible. An EFI folder working is all I require. Already have a Ventura bootable usb but could not boot from usb it get stuck when tried to boot.

use MacBookPro14,1
use ig-platform for Kabylake may need device-id for kabylake

generate new serial number for MacBookPro14,1

use latest lilu and whatevergreen.kext (important!)

I'll try to make those changes to see if it works.

I downloaded the EFI folder for the SkyLake chipset

I don't know much about making changes to all of that
but do you think you can make the changes for me to the EFI. If possible, I would really appreciate it.

Already make those changes. now boots but stops!

Officially not supported. Graphics spoofing is required.

An EFI folder working is all I require.

And is your responsibility to read the guides and create a configuration from scratch to stay away from the odd issues during booting and installation.

Your configuration is not correct and you should start from scratch
