Hello,

I have a problem with UHD 630. Problem is, I have a 2 external monitor and I plugin DP and HDMI on my labtop, after then, 2 externel monitor opened but 2 screen is same like a mirror, but not a mirror issue, I'm open the Settings->Display window and I see just 1 external monitor. Another monitor, not viewed on the screen list.
Did you have any idea?

My EFI: OC-EFI

Hi,

Thanks for reply but "Arrangement" tab not showing because "Big Sur" detected only one external monitor. I'm buyed Type-C to HDMI apaptor and I'm tryed with adaptor:

Firstly try method: I'm pluged one monitor to Type-C with Type-C-HDMI adaptor and I'm pluged other monitor pluged to DP but same result.

Secondly try method: I'm pluged one monitor to HDMI and I'm pluged other monitor pluged to DP but same result.

Please any advice for this issue?

First check if your HDMI and Type-C ports are connected to Intel or NVIDIA.

Hi,

Yes, I checked that,
I'm opened the my windows 10 and disabled my NVidia GPU and my 2 external monitor still working on Intel UHD 630
Also, Big Sur detected my Intel GPU "Intel GPU 630 1536 MB"

Provide a screenshot for that.

These are screenshot
My 2 external monitor working good on Windows 10 with UHD 630.
But on the "Big Sur", just 1 external monitor working and just 1 external monitor showing on the screen list

This "txt" is "Devices connected to the Graphics Accelerator" report
External Monitor 1: "DELL E2214H" connect to Display Port with DP To HDMI
External Monitor 2: "DELL E2418HN" connect to Type-C with Type-C To HDMI
