Solved it.

Installed kext from RehabMan (with Kext Drop)
With PlistEdit PRO:
Devices-FakeID-IntelGFX-0x04128086
ADDED line to:
Graphics - ig-platform-id 0xa260006

Works OK for me with Niresh Mojave, RehabMan kexts, and this guide
Note that I didn't change GFX0 to iGPU in DSTD Patches. Didn't work well for me BUT it was all a bit of trial and error.

Please help, i have already followed all of your instructions, but it isn't working.. intel hd 4600 showing only 4mb, and it is glitching on some apps. i already attached the required files.

is my supplied information okay? i cannot find the way to obatain ioreg and kextcache information..

The configuration is not as per the guide. Moreover, looks like you've installed Niresh Distro. Install Vanilla not distro.

As per your profile, it looks like you have a Desktop. Is that correct?
