Third Party Device is normal. Regarding transport, that's a bug and no solutions yet.

Don't think so as long as the Bluetooth works fine. Check password and security settings. Are you using hotspot via WiFi? The hotspot is iPhone or any Router?

Hotspot iPhone and with airdrop on iPhone dont send any files or photos to Hackintosh.

When I sign out of iCloud, I can connect to the iPhone Hotspot, but whenever I sign back in, the connection fails.
