The question is are you using Heliport or not?

I tied itlwm.kext + Heliport > is not working
AirportItlwm.kext > is not working

The latest itlwm kext is v2.3.0. Try to update the kext and then check

Take a look at the block IOPowerManagement

[releases] OpenIntelWireless/itlwm
This kext is download to be from the repository itlwm_v2.3.0_stable.kext.zip

Don't inject both. Run Heliport and provide a video. However, it seems like the kext isn't attaching.
