It’s OpenCore 1.0.1. I’m using the debug version as instructed in the tutorials.
Huh? YOU MUST USE THE RELEASE VERSION AND NOT THE DEBUG. Where did you even read that?

I’ve been rebuilding my efi for the last 2 days alternating between the release and debug versions. Dortania’s guide recommended using the debug version for showing more info in case of tracing back issues. Regardless of what I use it’s the same story. I’m done shifting my efi to the release version by the time I sent this.

What do I need to do with my OpenCore now that it’s on release version?

Firstly, enable DisableVariableWrite and ProtectMemoryRegions Quirk. Do a fresh install and check if that makes any difference.

Thank you, I’ll do that and will let you know how it fares.

I tried those and it installed without kernel panics at all, even restarted normally without any errors. It got me concerned at first because it’s all logs for the first 2-3 restarts but after that I finally reached the Hello screen. It’s finally working!

Thank you very much for your patience with me. I appreciate all your help!

With all these, is it safe to proceed with the Post-Install or do I need to do something before that?

I’ll be marking this as solved, thank you!

A couple of restarts are normal since Big Sur!

macOS says Hello to you

Of course, it is safe to proceed with post install. As the original issue is solved, will mark this thread SOLVED and close it.
