Storage Compatibility for macOS

Hi i changed the drive as you suggested with:
WD_BLACK SN850X 1000GB

now the log show --last boot | grep "trims took"
gave me this:

2023-11-29 13:34:18.968998+0100 0x367 Default 0x0 0 0 kernel: (apfs) spaceman_scan_free_blocks:3356: disk5 scan took 0.256465 s, trims took 0.125125 s

It's correct now?

Provide an output of diskutil list from Terminal. But from the logs, TRIM is being performed in less than 1 sec. The boot speed should be a lot faster now.

Yes, correct. TRIM is working as it should. Less than a second is really better!

It could be your EFI or the BIOS settings. Attach both to check!
