That's normal. Normally, by default, it is always set to User Authorization. For Hack, it is recommended to set to No Security.I have just noticed something about Thunderbolt (note that I still have dtgp.aml and SSDT-TB3.aml files in my ACPI folder). Usually it is disabled with default settings so I didn't check after reseting BIOS but now it's enabled but not with the settings I had set previously.

Should I remove the two DSDT, do the bios settings, kextcache and power drain again making sure that TB is off in BIOS?
Yes, disable TB Support in BIOS and turn off those two TB related SSDTs in your config.plist.
