Intel HD Graphics 630 only 7mb

I have already edited, i have opencore with intel i7-7700hq thank you in advance!
Just defining ig-platform-id isn't sufficient in all cases. You must patch the framebuffer accordingly.

See post #37.

Add the following to the IGPU address in the Device Properties section of your config.plist:

AAPL,ig-platform-id: 00001B59 | DATA
device-id: 16590000 | DATA
framebuffer-con0-enable: 01000000 | DATA
framebuffer-con2-enable: 01000000 | DATA
framebuffer-con2-pipe: 12000000 | DATA
framebuffer-con2-type: 00080000 | DATA
enable-hdmi20: 01000000 | DATA
enable-hdmi-dividers-fix: 01000000 | DATA
enable-backlight-registers-alternative-fix: 01000000 | DATA
framebuffer-fbmem: 00009000 | DATA
framebuffer-stolenmem: 00003001 | DATA
framebuffer-patch-enable: 01000000 | DATA
hda-gfx: onboard-1 | STRING

Ensure you have the SSDT-PNLF.aml in the ACPI and the config.plist must have the entry defined as well. If there is still no display, extract and inject the EDID.

Modifying EDID

If you're having a black screen after wake, provided that your ACPI patching is correct, modifying the EDID will probably fix your issue.

1. Extract the EDID using the DarwinDump method.
2. Copy the EDID.bin file to any other directory.
3. Open the FixEDID App.
4. Click on the Open EDID binary file and select the EDID.bin.
5.
6.
7. Click on Make. FixEDID will automatically generate a new directory on the Desktop.

why 5 and 6 are empty?

I'm doing fine so far, but how do I get the EDID value, which file do I need to open on the desktop that created the FixEDID?

You don't need to modify EDID. You just need to inject. See injection section.

See Obtaining EDID section.
