Update:
Tried again, patch/Installer get past the library validation error, but failed with the OpenGL Framework same from the previous image/Video.

Got the copy of the com.apple.security.libraryvalidation plist.
and placed it under /Library/Preferences

SIP is fully disabled before I tried again.
So, where can I find these files/folders from the error.
Obviously they are not in my system,

Update: That's odd.

Checked the extracted patched file and see the files inside.
But I checked these folders inside catalina and mojave only the SkyLightframework folder is what I see.
I know for sure they are hidden, but if the patch can get to them, patch should have worked already.
The command is wrong. You cannot expect it to work.

Im on the recovery mode, the # is there.

anyway either -i/ or -i / is the same result.

since Ive gone this far, if a patch can be done manually I would try that path, so then I can see each result of the step.

The correct command is "sudo kextcache -i/" without quotes

from the recovery mode, result still the same.
And, you cannot do the sudo at the recovery terminal, because it is already the root. the # is there already.

What i asked is to install and run the command to generate a kextcache output to validate your install.

if the patch already failed there's no way the system response anymore, even the terminal, or even if I can execute the command it will throw the PAM error same on the screenshot script error. I mean any commands.

You need to a fresh install and then provide the kextcache output.
