If its a DELL, then yes.My BIOS does not have a DVMT pre-alloc option, so I can only modify it through grubshell.
Should work fine. The other way is to remove the spoof and rootpatch using OCLP.I will try the following configuration tomorrow and provide you with feedback, but I expect the result to be the same.
What's the monitor refresh rate? Are you using HDMI or DP?I have used the above ig-platform-id and device-id, but I still experience black screen flickers. I captured the kernel log at the moment the issue occurs. Please review it to see if there is any useful information that might help diagnose the problem.
