Installing Big Sur on Dell G3 15 Gaming (3500) Black (i5)

This is how config.plist will appear in the OpenCore Configurator. It's straight from EFI to USB Boot. I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what or where.
The above screenshot looks good. Now reset NVRAM twice and try to boot and you should see the installer.

NVRAM reset performed 3 times but the result is still the same, the boot program fails

All the kexts I used were recommended here, but I'm not sure they were the latest versions. Maybe you can give me a link to the latest cookies? Do you mean OC (OpenCore)? then version 0.7.8.

You can find their official repositories on Github. Yes, OC means OpenCore. OC in short ;)

If the kexts are latest, you need to save the EFI. Create macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 Bootable USB. Use the saved EFI to boot.

Attach your EFI+BIOS Settings to confirm the above step.
