Installing Big Sur on Dell G3 15 Gaming (3500) Black (i5)

The notebook has the following:
Network Adapter Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller
Network Adapter Intel (R) Wireless-AC 9462

By the question, do you think I have Realtek set up in config.plist?

I'll make adjustments tomorrow, try the installation and give info
Surely!

I made the adjustments as instructed by the example screen, including trying to load the installer. What should I do for a successful implementation?

The issue is Root Device Not found, which is usually a SATA/USB issue.

In BIOS, make sure you have set SATA Mode to AHCI. I already provided you with the BIOS settings link.

Sure, I've already set everything up according to your instructions, and that was the result :(

Is your USB 2.0 or 3.0, the flash Drive? Also, in Windows, find the SATA Controller information. Provide Device ID and Vendor ID to check further.
