Installation problems

Hi,

At first i try to be as accurately as possible. just to prevent problems. So sorry if my text is a bit long.

my name is Federico and I'm really new to Hackintosh, programming and computers in general. I always used my Mac but now decided
to build a Hackintosh to use for my studies and work as a filmmaker. Building the Hackintosh worked out so far, but I have trouble installing MacOS.
I have watched a Youtube video from Mark With Tech to Instal Mojave and applied every step as he explained, but everytime after booting FileVault
prebooter from Preboot the screen freezes in black with some red/green parts (see attached photo).
I posted this in Hackintosher.com and a guy named Smith&Jones told me my BIOS settings are wrong. He recommend me to join this Website.
I really hope someone can help me. Im trying to set up my Hackintosh for about 2 weeks already and it's frustrating. I think you all can understand me.
Here are my settings:

Bios Settings:
Exit → Load Optimized Defaults : Yes
Advanced \ CPU Configuration → Intel Virtualizaiton Technology: Enabled
Advanced \ System Agent (SA) Configuration → Vt-d: Disabled
Advanced \ PCH Configuration → IOAPIC 24-119 Entries: Enabled
Advanced \ Onboard Devices Configuration → RGB LED Lighting → When system is in sleep, hibernate or soft off states: OFF
Advanced \ AMP Configuration → Power On By PCI-E/PCI: Enabled
Advanced \ Network Stack Configuration → Network Stack: Disabled
Advanced \ USB Configuration -> Legacy USB Support:
AutoBoot → Fast Boot : Disabled
Boot → Secure Boot → OS Type : Other OS

The components of my Hackintosh are:
Mainboard: ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero Gaming
Processor: IntelCore i7-8700K
Graphic card: Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 580 8 GB GDDR5
RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200 DRAM Vengeance LPX
SSD: Samsung MZ-76E500B/EU 860 EVO internal SSD 500GB (here I want to install the boot)
two Samsung MZ-76E2TOB/EU 860 EVO internal SSD 2TB
4k monitor connected with Displayport (would be nice if 4k works)

Maybe I have to customize Clover differently (step 4 in Guide) or the Config.plist is wrong or i need other Kexts.
If there is no solution with Mojave, High Sierra is also completely fine.
Also, it was suggested that I install Lilu and WhateverGreen, does someone know about that? Especially how I can install it.

You shouldn't give up so early. Hackintosh takes time. Provide PR files.

Hi, I just followed the guide you provided, but there seems to be a problem in the BIOS settings. Most of the settings were really hard to find, so I'm not sure if I set everything correctly. After saving the BIOS settings I wanted to go on with the Installation, but this appeared on the screen (see photo) so I cannot boot.
Do you think I should try these settings, as this guy has the same motherboard as I have:

AI Overclocker Tuner > X.M.P.

Extreme Tweeking > Enable
Advanced Items

System Agent (SA) Configuration > Graphics Configuration > Primary Display > PEG

USB Configuration > Legacy USB Support > Enabled

USB Configuration > Keyboard and Mouse Simulation > Disabled

APM Configuration > Power on by PCI - E/PCI > Disabled
Boot Menu

Fast Boot > Disabled

Boot Logo Display > Disabled

Secure Boot > OS Type > Other OS

Boot Option 1 > USB installer thumb drive (the UEFI choice if there are two entries)

However, he installs High Sierra, is there any difference for the settings than installing Mojave?
