Does this guide applied IF we were manually patch the Intel HD 620 using Hackintool?

Yeah, the issue still there. Even i already setup all my display connection but the problem still there. Is it limitation by the macos HS itself coz i dont have such issue on Mojave

Yes, different OS version requires additional patching. Open a separate thread and describe your issue. Also, why HS when Mojave or Catalina is fine and latest?

Hello to all , i dont know why but i follow your guide , but after install that , during boot i see driver is loaded succesfully but after boot i recieve only black screen , i think the system is working because if i click something i recieve feedback , buy the screen is completly black

Im using last version of clover and catalina Mac OS
