Hi,

Can you post your EFI? I can't seem to get graphics enabled. Here is my EFI attached. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Also i used the 620 cfg from Rehabman...I think i eventually removed the kexts

Hi,

I tried my best to follow this guide and ive attached the files. I believe that my problem is the DVMT allocation. Can you take a look at the files and provide some suggestions?

You must attach the kextcache output in a text file.

The configuration is not upto the mark. Delete the kexts from the S/L/E.

I removed the kexts from S/L/E.
i used the 620 config.plist from rehabman...followed your guide...Still no video acceleration. No hang or anything. It just does not load kext for video.

PR files are attached.

However, I'm trying to attach my EFI which is 2.4MB (no themes folder) and it says "The uploaded file is too large for the server to process." SO in the mean time I have attached the config.plist file and pictures of the EFI folder.

Whats the max size of upload files?

ALSO..i totally forgot to format my hard drive to APFS....i was running Mac OS Extended (Journaled) which is what i am using on my Desktop Sierra Hackintosh.

So I started all over...Selected APFS when formatting the drive...Installed (rebooted about 3 times..each time booted from the install on the hard drive......got to desktop...copied EFI over.....used the 620 config.plist from rehabman...followed your guide and removed the kexts and made the changes to the config.plist file as instructed above...restarted the laptop and booted into accelerated graphics on intel UHD 620!!!

I've fixed the issue, as well as my audio problem. The two problems I have left are that I cannot change the brightness and I cannot see the battery percentage of my laptop.

how did you fix issue please help I have the same 8265u uhd620 only reads 7mb has qc/qe only no metal
