Why the ResizeAppleGpuBars is not set to -1? You should also set Resizeable Bar to disable in BIOS.

itlwm shouldn't require AMFIPass.
If the BIOS does not have option to disable CFG Lock, then enable AppleXcpmCfgLock quirk.
Remove -wegswitchgpu boot arg

For some reasons opencoreconfigurator didn't save the quirk changes, tried twice. Made the changes with propertree.

Umm, the main reason is the OpenCore version and the OCC should match. If mismatched, then it gets borked.

Yes.... After 4-5 hours of usage. About the same thing than at the beginning.

That's weird. Can you explain the scenario how and when does it crashes? Is it random or during any specific workload? Attach the logs from /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. You can zip the last directory and upload.
