Yes, I am running Sonoma but I used it because I wanted a stable hackintosh. I want to upgrade to sequoia but I think your opinion can help me. Is it useful or not?

Then, not sure why you said if you can upgrade to Sonoma when you're already running Sonoma. Probably, you meant to say Sequoia. If that's the case, yeah, you can upgrade. Follow the guide and you should be able to upgrade successfully. Just ensure to backup your important files.
