In Hackintool, there is an entry for an SD Card Controller with BCM57785/BCM57765 and an entry for the Ethernet Controller with BCM57765.

I got it working by using a kext from applelife.ru. Thank you for your help.

Yes, both are present but one of the device is not present in the IOReg. Disable the spoof and then attach the Hackintool PCIe+IOReg. Also, attach the EFI and System Report.
