How to update from big sur to Ventura?

Hi, how are you? I'm thinking of changing to Ventura but I'm afraid of doing it and breaking something.

I'm also thinking of changing the GPU to the RX 6600 XT.
SO the challenge is how can I update these two things without breaking something?
these are my specs
Asus PRIME Z690M-PLUS D4
i7-12700K
RX 580
Big Sur 11.6.5
