How to Update Clover Bootloader

I have a Lenovo Ideapad s540 i5 8265U Coffee Lake machine running Catalina with all its might.. Audio, UHD 620 graphics, WiFi everything works great with latest update 19H(something). But now I am unable to update to Big Sur 11.1/11.2/11.3. Please could anyone help me through it

Currently I am using this Config file. I tried modifying it to the latest clover but failed, I even tried to move to opencore as well but failed again... Just don't know how can I do it..??
