should I do all patches that you did on that tutorial? for example these two patches are not in general patching guide :

• Rename _DSM to _XDSM
• Dell Inspiron 15-7xxx

also I didn't understand this :
For activating keyboard Brightness/Backlight Hot keys

• UP = _Q1C
• Down = _Q1D

and how do I find what USB _PRW patch should I use?
what version of OS Check Fix should I use?

It's already mentioned in the guide. Check for Windows 10. If it doesn't works, use Windows 8.
