No i am able to boot but when i am using the mac os bigsur it restarts on its own

Are you able to reach Desktop?
Also, your profile indicates that you're using a Desktop. Is that correct?

no in my profile the specs are given of my pc but i am doing it in lenovo s540 15IWL the same laptop in the guide
and i am able to reach my mac desktop but it restarts on its own when using finder to copy files or when cloning the mac os which is on my external hardrive to my laptops ssd

Attach your BIOS Settings and EFI folder.
