The latest is V14. Uninstall V11 and install V14.

You need to patch the DSDT and fix USB ports.

I searched its error and someone suggests that it can be fixed by removing USBInjectAll.kext from EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/
I did this and WiFi Adapter now works but after some time My Mac restarts Unexpectedly
is this due to this fix or will be fixed after doing DSDT patch?

Looks like, you've set ""Put hard disk to sleep when possible" feature turn on in Preference / Energy." Reset it to Defaults and patch your DSDT.
