Lenovo Ideapad S145 stuck at OpenCore

Bonjour,

Je m'appelle Samuel, j'habite en Allemagne et j'utilise Mac depuis 2012 (MacBook Pro).
J'ai réalisé avec succès un hackintosh Intel dans le passé (2013), mais il semble qu'un butin ait changé.

J'essaie de créer un hackintosh à partir d'un ordinateur portable AMD bon marché qui me pose problème maintenant :
Lenovo ideapad S145
AMD Ryzen 5 3500U
AMD Radeon RX Véga 8
RAM : 8 Go
Stockage : NVME 256 Go

En utilisant proxmox et qemu, j'ai réussi à le faire, mais maintenant je veux le faire fonctionner sur du métal.
ATM Je me bats pour créer une installation USB.
Le processus reste bloqué à [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] (c'est la dernière entrée du fichier journal, même si cela va généralement un peu plus loin avant le redémarrage).

Toute aide est fortement appréciée.

Hello the Kext folder is not complete for this kind of CPU and GPU!! try this one but you will miss other kexts for a good function that you will have to configure in the file config.plist done searches. on Dortania and on the net

Could you make this solution available here, along with other tutorials to do this? It will be my first hackintosh, I have the same notebook, I need a Mac for a school subject.
