So, is my WiFi card supported? If yes, what kext/s do I need to use?
Not supported. Need to replace it with a compatible WiFi Card.

So, will any of them work on MacOS?

(Broadcom BCM94313HMGB and Atheros AR5B225).
I guess it has AR9485 Chip. Confirm it with DPCI Manager. @Cyberdevs has done a nice work for the Atheros Card. Check the Downloads section.

If you didn't understand me: I don't have the Atheros card. I said that it is compatible with the laptop. I won't buy it until I know for sure that it will work.

And from what I saw, this card has both WiFi 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 4.0.
Your post says that it only has WiFi.

Oh, my bad. AR9485 is not fully compatible. Use Broadcom one. BCM94352HMB, Half Mini PCIe.

Will it be better to just buy a Mini PCIe to USB 3.0 adapter and connect a ultra mini wireless dongle to it that has 5 GHz WiFi and Bluetooth?

Yes, no BT means these Cards doesn't allows BT to work on some Laptops.

As I told you before, my laptop has a bios "whitelist". It won't work with every random card I put in it.

These are all the cards that it supports (I have an Intel CPU): 1581945901928.png

Yes, it will NOT work. BIOS unlocking can be an option.
