Sonoma - Install Download stops after few seconds

Hi,

When I start the Sonoma Update on my Ventura Hackintosh the download stops after some seconds with the following error message:



Internet Connection is stable, so this can not be the problem.

Someone has advice what to do?

Make sure the prior updates are fully installed. Kexts and OC are up to date. Then delete the existing downloaded update and try again. It should be good. If the problem persists, download an offline installer as per the guide.

Sonoma update is done - Fenvi 919 is gone :-(

Great. Of course, Broadcom support is fully removed for non-soldered cards in macOS Sonoma. A guide will be there soon.

Hi, had the same problem. Read through Chapter 2 and still can't find where to remove the downloaded update files.

Chapter 2 is about downloading the macOS installer using several methods. You'll have to remove the downloaded update files manually.
