What problem do I get stuck on is the initial installation part, my keyboard works and the mouse does the same and soon the system suddenly crashes and freezes

Hello, I have successfully installed macOS Ventura on my laptop, but I am facing some issues. The problem is related to CPU idle usage. When I open the system monitoring in macOS, the CPU idle percentage averages around 95%. This causes my laptop to heat up. In the macOS system, my CPU is detected as Intel Xeon W, and the iGPU is recognized as 512 MB. The second issue is with the trackpad. Sometimes the screen and mouse freeze.
