Ventura 13.6 only boots every ~third time on Raptor Lake

another issue I have been facing is that after the system starts my USB keyboard stops working and have to unplug then re-plug it to make that work but the USB mouse works perfectly. Did the USB mapping in windows by USB Tool box.
