Aware of the tool. But SK Hynix never distributes the firmware for OEM models, only retail models. The firmware varies from different manufacturers, which is based on the machine models. They provide a tool called SKHynix NVME Toolbox. There are 3 slots to install 3 different firmware version.

Well, using SK Hynix PC801 OEM on macOS Sequoia and have been running since Big Sur. Works fine. xDokay got it, anyway, i'm never going to use a SK Hynix ssd anymore![]()
That's nice to hear. While waiting for new SSD to arrive, i took a TeamGroup MP33 of my friend for a test and still get the same "macOS Installer" boot loop at phase 2Well, using SK Hynix PC801 OEM on macOS Sequoia and have been running since Big Sur. Works fine. xD
NVMeFix is really not needed. In fact, it can cause problems on some of the NVMe drives. Only use where required. Since macOS Big Sur and Monterey, the NVMe game has changed on macOS.That's nice to hear. I'm not using NVMEfix.kext, can efi cause this error?
Yes, for Sonoma 14.5 and later, the fix was already discussed on this forumfixed: By disable EFI -> Quirks -> DisableSecurityPolicy then set SecureBootModel to "Disabled"
You must implement PNLF for backlight function. You'll need to map the keys as well. Now the problem are screen brightness not adjustable, trackpad superslow, not smooth and poor performance
Why are you using multiple USBX?Why my trackpad very buggy, full gestures still recognized. Also, max screen brightness is low, but after sleep, screen brightness back to normal.

Really? let me remove it!Why are you using multiple USBX?
Backlight seems to be implemented. The backlight doesn't work or you're unable to control via Hotkeys?
Performance seems to be okay, I did a geekbench 6 test here: https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/6648146Was the performance fine earlier? And earlier what SSD did you use?
Double check your PNLF SSDT.but i feel it's not bright as windows. I usually use 30-40% brightness on windows but almost max brightness in Mac(still feel too dark).
Post output ofI temporarily took my friend TeamGroup MP33, it's okay, TRIM supported.
IoInterruptSpecifiers is what you're looking forThe only problem now is the trackpad, i can't process to next step of fixing trackpad because i can't find APCI ID in IOreg like this, it didn't show up.
What's the patch and where are the original AML files? They said i need to patch DSDT but when i compiled my DSDT using MacIasl, i always got this error:
