Uninstall old Python. Restart and install the latest Python from Microsoft Store and then use the latest OC recovery script to download the recovery image using the above command. If you still have issues, attach a video to find the issue.

Also, regarding the GPU, its a bad choice cause 2048SP actually requires BIOS modding and does NOT work OOTB.
