You should use the latest version of OpenCore package to download the Recovery. Also, you must install Python first. Check the guide.

i already have the latest version of python, and i tested both old and latest opencore version

Also, the correct command should be: macrecovery.py -b Mac-E43C1C25D4880AD6 -m 00000000000000000 -os latest download

i installed python from the official site, im installing high sierra because of the compatibility with g210
