That's the wrong config.plist for your hardware. You must use "config_HD615_620_630_640_650.plist" . Note that the UHD 620 and UHD 630 are really different. UHD 630 is CFL and UHD 620 can be from KBL-R or WHL.

You can use the SSDT and just add the rename for the SSDT (if needed) in the original config.plist. Make sure you don't modify rest of the config.plist except enabling verbose.

I've done couple of WHL Laptops and never needed the RTC fix. I tested Mojave and Catalina.

Reply with new files.

That's absolutely normal with WHL Laptops.
Boot using your USB or using fake ig-platform-id. Attach your PR files.

There are several renames missing from the config.plist. Make sure you add them back as original.
Add them back or use the original (unmodified) config.plist from the repo and add the renames (additional), if they're needed.

Once done, reply with new files.

Do the following fixes.

• From the Devices, remove all the NVIDIA+AMD properties.
• Change the ig-platform-id to "0900A53E" in the properties tab.
• From the Graphics, uncheck Inject NVIDIA+AMD
• Set Inject Kexts to "Yes" and enable Inject System ID.

Reply with new PR files.
