Depends on several factors, one of them is Whitelist.
Although, newer ones don't have, but you cannot know unless you try to install one.

I have the same Intel 3165 built-in card (0x8087 0x0A2A) and it works on Monterey 12.6. You need these 3 kext:
AirportItlwm.kext
BlueToolFixup.kext
IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext

That sounds kind weird. The WiFi can be checked using Hackintool>PCIe and the BT can be checked using Hackintool>System>Peripherals.

You can also check it via System Report>Bluetooth and USB section.

It could be possible that the reason why you see Broadcom is due to the loading of the kext.

If you check the PID and VID, it's from Intel.
